Pre-Lenten Dinner
Father Myron Myronyuk and his parish family of Scranton’s St. Vladimir Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church cordially invite you to join us for our annual Pre-Lenten PORK & SAUERKRAUT/ KAPUSTA DINNER on Sunday, February 4, 2018, beginning at 12:15pm at St. Vladimir Parish Center, 428 North Seventh Avenue – between West Lackawanna Avenue and West Linden Street.
Menu: slow roasted pork loin, gravy, Ukrainian kapusta (sweet and sour cabbage), mashed potatoes, vegetable, bread and rolls, dessert, coffee, tea, beverages.Adults $13.00; Students $8.00 (age 6-12); Age 5 and under free. Advance reservations for both sit-down and take-out are required and can be made with Maria Black at 570 503-1514 no later than Tuesday, January 30th . Take-outs available between 11:30 a.m. and 12 noon only.
Door prizes will be awarded along with a 50/50 drawing.
Winter Pyrohy/Pierogy Sale
Scranton’s St. Vladimir Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church winter homemade pierogy sale will take place on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at the parish center, 428 North Seventh Avenue. Cost is $7.00 per dozen. Advance orders can be placed no later than Tuesday, January 9 by calling Leslie at 570 342-3749.
